Please be patient, it can take up to several minutes for anyone to answer – the number will go in loop to Pilotforbundet`s leaders and members of the aviation security board.

Our promise is «You will get an answer as soon as possible or called back when you have left a message». The person answering will be your coordinator and you will be asked some factual questions before you both will go through the Emergency Card together.

Emergency card:

• Secure passengers, crew and aircraft

• Follow company procedures

• Keep the crew together

• Do not give any statements to media

• Do not accept to be interrogated by police or other authorities without a representative from PF/ PAN or your local union present

• Write down your recollection of the event

• Secure all relevant data for your own use

• Do not talk to anyone about the situation unless you trust that person completely

• Contact your family

• Do not accept further duty if situation dictates otherwise
